What you are buying, and what I promise.

These are the terms for the $999 process audit sold on this site. They are written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask me before you pay.

What the $999 buys

A fixed-scope audit of how work moves through your business, covering up to five processes, in five parts:

• A questionnaire written for your business, not pulled off a shelf.
• An audit call of about three hours with you, plus short slots with the people who do the work.
• Up to five of your processes, mapped. We agree which five on the call, and they are the five worth the most to you, not the first five we come to.
• A report: what the business does today, what is worth handing over, what it is worth, the tools to use, and the order to do it in.
• A 30 minute call to walk you through the report.

What it does not include

Building any of it. The audit tells you exactly what to do and does not do it for you. If you want the work built, that is quoted separately and you are never obliged to buy it.

Anything past the fifth process. If your business has more than five worth looking at, the deep dive audit covers up to twenty for $2,950, and your $999 comes off it.

Both of those are audits: they tell you what to do, and you decide what to do about it. If what you actually want is the work done, that is a different thing and it is called AI-native: your whole business rebuilt so software can run it, every process and the structure underneath them, where everything lives and how it is named, rather than a few tasks automated. It is quoted a phase at a time, because no two businesses need the same amount of it and I would rather price the next step off what the last one taught than guess at the whole thing. Your $999 comes off it the same way. Ask me and we will scope it.

The guarantee

• The promise. Read the report. If you do not think it was worth what you paid, say so and you get the full $999 back. No partial credit and no haggling, and you keep the report.
• You decide, not me. There is no threshold I can claim to have hit and no arithmetic for you to check. A guarantee the seller scores is not a guarantee. This one is your judgment on whether the work was worth the fee.
• The clock, delivery. The report is delivered within 30 days of your audit call. The 30 days runs from that call, not from the day you pay, because the questionnaire and scheduling happen in between.
• The clock, refund. You have 30 days from the day the report reaches you, not from the audit call. That way the delivery window and the decision window cannot overlap and leave you a day to think about it.
• What I need from you. Show up to the audit call and answer the questions straight. The audit is only as good as what you tell me. A no-show is not a refund case.
• One per business. The guarantee covers your first audit.

The $999 comes back to you

If you later have me build any of what the audit recommends, the $999 comes off that price, good for 12 months. One-off quick wins bought on their own are cash purchases and do not use the credit; three or more together do.

Calls are recorded

Every call is recorded and transcribed, including the first one before you buy anything. You are asked to agree to it when you book, and nothing is recorded if you have not. The transcript is what your questionnaire and your report get built from, so nothing you say gets lost or misremembered.

The transcript, and the notes built from it, are kept for 12 months after your report is delivered, and then deleted. That is the same 12 months your $999 credit runs for, so your information lives exactly as long as the work it pays for. Ask me sooner and I will delete it sooner.

What I learn about how businesses like yours work stays with me, and it shapes how I do the next audit. Your words, your numbers and your name do not.

Your information, and what the AI does with it

I build with AI tools. That is the work you are buying, so you should know what they do with what you tell me.

• Your information is never used to train an AI model. Not yours, not your customers', not your numbers. The tools I work in are set so that what passes through them is not learned from.
• It is used to do your work and nothing else. I do not sell it and I do not pass it to anyone who is not working on your audit.
• You can see it or end it. Ask for a copy of what I hold on you, or ask me to delete it, and I will.

If you want to know which specific tools touch your information, ask and I will tell you. It is a short list and I am not cagey about it.

Paying and refunds

Payment is handled by Stripe and this site never sees your card details. Refunds under the guarantee go back to the card you paid with. I issue the refund within three business days of you asking, and your bank then takes its own few days to show it.
